High-quality artificial turf with a polyethylene (PE) mono-material construction.
Depending on the system, artificial turf consists of different materials, such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), latex or polyurethane (PU). Complex combinations of materials can make it more difficult to separate and recover individual materials at the end of the turf’s service life.
ONE-DNA™ artificial turf features a mono-material construction made from PE. This can facilitate the recovery of a single-material stream at the end of its service life. Actual recycling depends on the collection, separation and recycling processes available. We only make claims about a reduced carbon footprint where the underlying comparison and methodology are transparently documented.
ONE-DNA™ takes a material-focused approach: its mono-material construction is designed to facilitate subsequent separation and recovery. In our planning, we consider not only sporting performance requirements, but also material composition, service life, maintenance strategies and end-of-life recovery options.
Choosing mono-material artificial turf means choosing a system whose material construction already takes future single-material recovery into account.

Note on environmental claims: Environmental statements on this page refer to specific product characteristics, such as material composition, recycled content, the absence of infill, maintenance requirements or material recovery options. They do not constitute a general claim about the overall environmental impact of an entire sports facility. The actual assessment depends on the project’s construction, transport distances, use, maintenance, service life, dismantling and material recovery. We only make carbon footprint or life-cycle claims where these are supported by a transparent data basis.
